#4WeeksFit

Now that the babe is almost three months old and I got back to work tomorrow (waaaahhhhhh!) I feel like it is time to get back into shape and make sure I am healthy and active! With that being said, I am so happy Mama and Mou and Love Fun and Football are hosting the #4WeeksFit Challenge!

Love, Fun & football

Here are my goals:

1. Drink 100 oz of water a day!
Since I am breastfeeding, I need to drink A LOT of water. This is hard for me. It is not that I don't like water, it's just that my days are so busy that time flies by and I realize I have drank barely any during the day! Not good and this has to change!

2. Reach 10,000 steps everyday!
I love having a fitbit but it helped me realize that getting to 10,000 steps everyday is not as easy as I thought! Going back to work will definitely help with this goal and I really hope I can make it happen.

3. Make atleast 1 new healthy recipe every week!
I pin healthy recipes all the time but I never make them! This has to change!

4. Go to atleast 6 work out classes!
This seems easy but with a newborn it is hard to carve out time for yourself and I really want to get back to spin and yoga class!!

What are your goals for the #4weeksfit challenge??

  3. I love your goals!!! I didn't put it in my actual post, but drinking 100 ounces of water a day (at least) seems to be a goal I continue to make for myself! I always feel better when I stay hydrated! Excited to follow along on your progress!!!

  4. I feel the same way about drinking water - I bring two large water bottles to work with me each morning with great intentions of having them drank by the end of my shift but I barely even make it through a half a bottle - I need to start making the time for it!

I have a goal similar to yours for reaching 10k steps per day ; arent' fitbits the best?! Good luck with your goals!
