Here are my goals:
1. Drink 100 oz of water a day!
Since I am breastfeeding, I need to drink A LOT of water. This is hard for me. It is not that I don't like water, it's just that my days are so busy that time flies by and I realize I have drank barely any during the day! Not good and this has to change!
2. Reach 10,000 steps everyday!
I love having a fitbit but it helped me realize that getting to 10,000 steps everyday is not as easy as I thought! Going back to work will definitely help with this goal and I really hope I can make it happen.
3. Make atleast 1 new healthy recipe every week!
I pin healthy recipes all the time but I never make them! This has to change!
4. Go to atleast 6 work out classes!
This seems easy but with a newborn it is hard to carve out time for yourself and I really want to get back to spin and yoga class!!
