#4WeeksFit- Results!

For the past 4 weeks I have been participating in the 4 weeks fit challenge hosted by Mama & Mou and Love, Fun, & Football! It has been fun! I achieved 2/4 goals.... so not perfect, but definite progress people!

My goals were:

1. Drink 100 oz of water a day!
I think I did the best with this goal. I drank A LOT of water this month and it is amazing how much better I feel when I am making sure to drink water! Also, drinking water has helped increase my milk supply.... which is something I have to constantly work on, so that's an added bonus!

2. Reach 10,000 steps everyday! 
Womp, womp... I didn't reach this goal this month! I know it is an excuse but with having a baby and the fact that the weather has NOT warmed up enough to get outside for many walks... it's been hard! I have definitely been working super hard to make sure to add in extra steps where I can, which I feel good about. Workdays are a bummer though... it is really hard to get to 10,000, but there was 1 week where I got to 10,000 every day and that was awesome! Also, my average was 9,701 so that's pretty good, right?

3. Make atleast 1 new healthy recipe every week!
I made some healthy recipes this month and think I made some good choices overall! I can't wait to share a few with you! Win!

4. Go to atleast 6 work out classes! 
Big fat FAIL. I did not go to a single one. Better luck next month??


  1. That's great! Getting steps in can be so hard - I don't own a fitbit or anything like it so I truly have NO idea where I am at (step wise) each day. Would be nice to know! Good job on drinking so much water!!

  2. Girl you did GREAT! :) 10k steps is crazy hard... which is why I started my goal at 8k lol- and it's still tough, especially when it's winter/cold/gross! I'll be looking forward to your new healthy recipes :)
