Bump Date! Weeks 4-7

Okay, so now that my pregnancy news is FINALLY public (that felt like it took forrrreverrr) it's time to get caught up with my bumpdates, which I actually started 10 weeks ago! Woah!

Here are weeks four to seven:

How Far Along? 4 weeks

Size of Baby: A poppy seed! Wow!

Gender: Not sure!

Weight Gain: None yet.

Maternity Clothes: Nope.

Nursery: Well, we move into our new house this week so that's a start! :)

Movement: No

Symptoms: Nothing really... except for my missed period of course!

Sleep: Sleeping well!

Cravings: Nothing yet really.

What I Miss: Nothing yet!

Best Moment This Week: Taking a pregnancy test (or five!) and finding out!

Looking Forward To: Telling Eliot and soon our families of course!

How Far Along? 5 weeks

Size of Baby: A sesame seed, I believe. I can't really wrap my head around that!

Gender: For some crazy reason I am already getting the feeling it's a boy.

Weight Gain: Not yet.

Maternity Clothes: Nope.

Nursery: We started moving which is exciting!

Movement: No

Symptoms: Weirdly enough at the beginning of the week I was feeling some occasional nausea, but now the only symptom I have is no appetite!

Sleep: Sleeping well!

Cravings: Cold stuff... Water, Popsicles, and fresh fruit!

What I Miss: I don't really miss any thing yet but the thought that the margarita I drank last week before I knew is the last alcoholic beverage I'll have for 9 months!

Best Moment This Week: Our trip to Nashville! Although I don't know how I am going to hide not drinking from everyone!

Looking Forward To: Telling people!!

How Far Along? 6 weeks

Size of Baby: A sweet pea (aka teeny)
Sweet pea

Gender: I feel like it's a boy. I've always sorta felt like I would have a boy first, well especially for the first, maybe because both my bro and sis had a boy and then a girl!

Weight Gain: Nada

Maternity Clothes: Not needed yet!

Nursery: Okay, okay so I may have already started thinking of color schemes for both genders long before I was pregnant! Thank you, Pinterest!

Movement: No

Symptoms: This week I have felt, so tired!! Although some of that may also be from moving, recovering from vacation, and fighting off a cold! The other thing is that I haven't been feeling hungry at all... Until all of a sudden I do, and I need to eat THAT INSTANT. It's weird.

Sleep: Just getting up about 1 x per night to pee!

Cravings: Nothing really this week!

What I Miss: Nothing yet!

Best Moment This Week: Our trip to Nashville! Hiding not drinking from everyone proved be nearly impossible but  despite that we had a blast!

Looking Forward To: Finishing up our move this weekend and sharing he news with fam!

How Far Along? 7 weeks

Size of Baby: A blueberry! Which seems quite a lot bigger than a sweet pea!

Gender: I really don't know and don't feel very convinced either way this week.

Weight Gain: None yet

Maternity Clothes:

Nursery: No plans yet... just pinning like crazy!

Movement: Noooo

Symptoms: Still feeling VERY tired! My job basically involves a lot of playing and keeping up with VERY active elementary school students. When I am done in the afternoons I am done for! I almost fell asleep on my commute home the other day.

Sleep: Sleeping great, but just getting up about once a night to pee, which is new for me.

Cravings: More aversions than cravings this week... I was trying to cook refried beans last night but the sight of the can sent my stomach turning, so Eliot had to take over.

What I Miss: Feta cheese, for real.

Best Moment This Week: Sharing the news with our immediate families! It was so special. We told them on the day we were moving into our new house by hanging up a chalkboard that said "Baby J: Coming December 2014" My mom was in shock and started crying, my dad started crying, and my sister started screaming when they saw it! It was definitely a fun memory!

Looking Forward To: Our annual Kentucky Derby party that we host every year that is coming up on Saturday!
