Spinach Tortellini Soup

Easiest and yummiest recipe ever.

I could probably eat soup and crusty bread every day in the Fall and Winter.
And I pretty much have been. 

Spinach Tortellini Soup 
4 cups Vegetable (or Chicken) Broth
1 or 2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup frozen tortellini (I like the tri-colored cheese)
2 cups baby spinach leaves

1. Heat broth, garlic, and pepper in a pan.
2. Put heat to medium and add tortellini. Cook for 10 minutes. Add spinach leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. DONE!
4. Add some parmesan on top if you wish!

In other news, I have been job searching and studying for my OTA test.
