Yoga

For the past few weeks I have been doing some on demand yoga workouts. I really love yoga because it is difficult but at the same time I like how some of the poses are really hard and some not so much. I also like the relaxing breathing elements and how the instructor reminds you to actually enjoy it and smile. Also, it makes me feel flexible and strong.

Boyfriend recommended I join a real yoga class. I agree but then I considered something.....if I am in a real live yoga class I can't yell at the instructor that she is a crazy person and that there is no way my body can bend like that, much like I do now.

I really do want to join a class though... I am trying to decide if I should take a beginner or intermediate class though. They also might have a beach yoga class in my town... oooh that sounds so nice doesn't it?! I think that class is at like 6 in the morning though, that doesn't sound so nice. Hm. I already know most of the poses but I want to make sure I can keep up in the class I choose. And should I take the beach class or a regular one?! I need some advice. What do you all think?

  1. I'd start with a beginner class and maybe try a few out to see what you like!

  2. Start with a regular beginner class. They are great and will take it easy on you until you get comfortable enough in the large groups! :)

If you have any questions about yoga classes or anything you can let me know!
